For Allison & Chris's engagement session we began at their home..capturing where he first proposed. It's nice getting to see the couple's style and photograph them where they are most comfortable! Alie eventually led us to a hidden picturesque spot in the woods near their home. For John and I, we thrive on photographing in unique and new locations and this session didn't disappoint! The two of them fit so well together and it was fun capturing it! Engagement sessions offer a chance for us to get to know our couples and to just have fun without the pressure of a schedule! Thank you Alie & Chris, looking forward to your wedding in a few months!!

When it comes to writing about the weddings we photograph and the beautiful people we meet in the process, I find I have a hard time coming up with the right words
to showcase all the beauty!
Never the less, I always love to showcase these moments!
Frank and Jeni came from N. Carolina for their Cleveland wedding. Both from Ohio originally, they were excited to share the day with their family and friends.
The wedding was at Frank's hometown church in Bay Village. We decided on Cleveland for the formal portraits after the ceremony. John and I scouted out the new Cleveland Public Square beforehand and it turned out to be perfect. With the square newly opened, a band was performing and the wedding party decided to let loose and enjoy the moment. The dramatic buildings in the background and the fresh grass, made for unique and
fun portraits on their wedding day!
For a more formal look, we got to show off the beautiful Cultural Gardens again.
The gardens always provide beautiful options!
With the reception at the also newly opened Emerald Event Center, it was fun for John and I to check out the new venue! Not to mention, it's really close to home! With multi color lighting options and a large dance floor the tone for the reception couldn't be missed. Dancing and all the fun are evident in all the pictures! Thank you Jen and Frank! You two are a wonderful couple and we had a lot of fun with you on your wedding day!

As you look through this preview of Jordan and Fernando's wedding pictures, you will see one undeniable theme...love and respect. You can see it in their eyes, in the smiles and laughs as they come down the aisle and even as Fernando provided a tissue to Jordan at the altar. These two are so happy together! And, watching their families throughout the day, they felt the same way.
Being part of this celebration was exciting for us, we had also photographed
Jordan's brother's wedding 2 years ago.
We knew we really liked the family, but were even more impressed
as we got to know them a little more.
Jordan and Fernando came up from Texas (along with his family) for the wedding. Long distance wedding planning can be such a challenge, but with the help of her mother, Karen, and their wonderful friend and florist/designer Karen Dubose the wedding was just what the couple envisioned. I love their first look at the reception space! Check out their excitement and happiness! A little surprise for Fernando came during their first dance, when Jordan had planned a confetti drop!
Wasn't that was such a wonderful idea!!
We could go on and on about the unique and beautiful details at this Glenmoor Country Club reception, but I think just looking at the pictures will be all that is needed to get the idea.
Thank you for the pleasure of working with you Jordan and Fernando as well as your family! Wishing you so much happiness!
