Bright colors, magical surroundings and friendships that have stood the test of time....are only a few of the words that come to mind when I think back to this wedding last week! We instantly felt relaxed, yet excited, when we walked into the beautiful villas for Carly & Ryan's preparations at Gervasi Vinyard in North Canton. Familiar with most of the bridesmaids from Carly's maid-of-honor's wedding, we were among friends and this made for such great natural expressions! It was a fun morning with all the bridesmaids visiting the groom and groomsmen who were casually enjoying the morning. Then there was the beautiful lunch and drinks back at the bride's villa before the girls all dressed for the wedding.
Such a perfect way to start the wedding day!
Carly and her father arrived to the outdoor ceremony in a decorated ricksaw! It was just the cutest thing! As they exchanged vows, the swans were swimming along the edge of the pond... another magical touch. Yes, I'm a sucker for those kind of details! After the ceremony Carly and Ryan headed out on the rickshaw to capture formal portraits around the gorgeous grounds of Gervasi.
The reception was filled with elegant touches. Notice the"games and lemonade" relaxing area that was set-up between the ceremony and the start of the reception!
The reception kicked-off with Carly and Ryan breaking into a well choreographed dance routine. Their parents then joined them for their own unique dances! How about that cake and cupcakes?! They were all made by Checkerboard Cheesecake in Alliance. The fantastic music was from DJ Carmen from MC DJ Company and I loved all the lights he brought!
So much going on in the reception, be sure not to miss any of the pictures! Thank you Ryan and Carly! We absolutely loved the day and can't wait to show you the rest of your pictures!!
