Tamore and Joe's wedding was a beautiful day filled with so much love and family, from beginning to end. This was our first Lebanese wedding and we LOVED it! All the traditions and joyfulness, kept the pace of the day hopping! When I walked into Tamore's childhood home, I was not only greeted with a flurry of wedding preparations, but also gorgeous flowers and amazing food and drinks! So many well thought-out details that made the morning unique and fun.
But weddings can also be a difficult time when special people are no longer with us. Tamore honored her mother's memory, by wearing her mother's vintage headpiece, jewelry and even had a special note sewn into her dress. Her father, Fahim, helped with her finishing touches. Seeing her father fix her bow and help with her earrings, was incredibly sweet and moving. When all completed, she looked just like a princess....as you can see, just stunning.
Joe was celebrating at their home with all the groomsmen and his family members. John had such a great time with them....that when we finally met up at the church, we both couldn't wait to tell each other about our mornings.
The ceremony was held at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church in Tremont. Greek ceremonies are always lovely and full of traditions. After the ceremony, we photographed near University Circle and also in gorgeous Severance Hall. I had envisioned snow, but certainly couldn't complain with the beautiful warm weather we received!
It was such a beautiful day for a wedding!
The reception was held at one of our favorite venues, The Tudor Arms Hotel. Joe and Tamore surprised everyone with their grand entrance off the side stage. They walked down to all their guest, as the music loudly played. Everyone was dancing and singing, while raising the couple up above the crowd. It was amazing and showed the love everyone had for this special couple. From their surprise slide show, to the huge sword they used to cut all the way down the cake, it was a fabulous reception!
Thank you Joe and Tamore for letting us share in your special and beautiful day! Congratulations!!

Tamore wore her mother's jewelry. |
One of my favorite wedding invitations. Just love the way she had the invitation wrapped with lace and a bow. |
Her father and stepmother, helped her with the final details of her dress and jewelry. |
A simple alter portrait that Tamore made just stunning! |
We always love a little challenge...well at least John does! So here we are in the center of Martin Luther King Blvd. Tamore and John's dream shot. LOL |
